As defined in Article V; Section 1 of the Second Amended By-Laws of Aspirus Langlade Hospital & Community Health Foundation, Inc.:

The number of directors constituting the Board of Directors shall be not less than three (3), but shall not exceed fifteen (15), as determined by resolution of the Board of Directors. In electing directors, in addition to individual personal qualifications, consideration shall be given to seasonal and permanent residents within the area served by this corporation, representation of health care professionals, employees, and volunteers, and representation of the general public by any other individual(s) knowledgeable in health care.
